This Privacy Policy explains how SilkRouter may collect, use, retain, and disclose information in connection with the SilkRouter website, dashboard, API gateway, documentation, support, and related services.

Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for service operation, security, billing, legal, and support purposes, unless a different retention period is agreed in writing.
Subprocessors and providers
SilkRouter may use cloud infrastructure, email, analytics, billing, monitoring, authentication, and upstream model providers. Enterprise customers may request provider restrictions or written subprocessors before production usage.
