Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy explains prohibited uses of SilkRouter. We may suspend or terminate accounts, revoke API keys, block requests, or contact authorities when necessary to protect users, customers, infrastructure, or the public.
Prohibited activities
- Spam, phishing, credential theft, impersonation, or social engineering.
- Malware generation, vulnerability exploitation, unauthorized access, or evasion of security controls.
- Fraud, scams, payment abuse, market manipulation, or deceptive commercial activity.
- Harassment, targeted abuse, doxxing, threats, or incitement of violence.
- Illegal surveillance, biometric identification without proper authority, or processing sensitive data unlawfully.
- Sanctions evasion or service to restricted entities where prohibited by applicable law.
- Attempts to bypass rate limits, account limits, billing systems, provider controls, or safety filters.
High-risk use cases
Medical, legal, financial, employment, education, government, law-enforcement, or similarly consequential use cases may require additional review, written terms, and human oversight.
Reporting abuse
Report suspected abuse to abuse@silkrouter.ai. Include request IDs, timestamps, affected accounts, URLs, and any relevant evidence.
